  • Build referral networks and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Maintain accurate files and set clear expectations with every stakeholder

What You'll Need

  • For experienced LOs: Active NMLS, proven production, and Texas market familiarity
  • For newly licensed: Active NMLS and strong communication skills
  • For licensing track: Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales/finance experience, willingness to complete the SAFE course and pass the NMLS exam
  • High integrity, coachability, and a customer-first mindset
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus across many Texas markets
